Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragement

This tutorial covers how to run the disk cleanup utility on your computer as well as how to defragment your computers hard drive.  Both of these will go a long way in helping you maintain the speed and performance of your computer.  You should try to do both disk cleanup and defrag about every 2 months or so.
