Error In Camtasia Studio 6

So just wanted to share this information with everyone about a error in Camtasia Studio 6 that had been driving us all crazy here. A few weeks back we shot some HD videos for a website we were working on. After converting them in TMPGEnc 4.0 (a great video converter for only $100.00!) we tried to produce them in Camtasia Studio 6 to add the nice controls that the program adds. Well after several long hours of trying to figure out why we kept getting the screen of death from Captasia…. it turns out that Camtasia Studio 6 cannot process files large that 4.0 GB! Seems like a pretty serious design flaw, but I digress. So the solution in our case to the error code was just to make sure that the video we were processing for web was no larger than 4.0 GB, hopefully if anyone has been running into the same problem this helps them out (or at least helps them realize nothing is wrong with there hardware like we were thinking, we tested this on 4 different computers before we figured the error out lol)
