Every employee signs into one place: staff profiles, IT tickets, one search across the group's databases, and an alert that reaches every store at once. We build the group's websites and run its Google Ads too.

The bakery runs on it. Shoppers find it first.

Cham Bakery runs its whole operation on a back office we built. Every recipe knows its cost and how many batches the stock on hand will make. Starting a mix pulls the oldest ingredient lot first and stamps the batch with a lot code, traced from ingredient to pallet. The freezer counts what is built and shipped against each purchase order, and the sales team opens a fresh call list every morning.

Cham Bakery ranks #1 on Walmart Connect in its category.

Walmart Connect is Walmart's own advertising network, where brands bid to be seen by shoppers searching Walmart. We run the campaigns; the back office keeps the freezer ready for what they sell.

03 · MiCar · Connected car

Custom software

A dongle, an app and a dealer portal.

A custom dongle plugs into the vehicle's OBD-II port and reads it. The driver's app explains what it finds in plain words, and the dealer portal diagnoses any car in its network without it coming in. It was Altec's first software patent filing, in 2014.

Cham Bakery

Recipes that know their cost and yield. Mixes that draw the oldest ingredient lot first. Daily lot codes, freezer pallets, distributor shipments, and a sales team with a fresh call list every morning.

Russell's on Macklind

Being built now, for its two locations: hours and an online-ordering pause for each, bakery preorders in capped pickup windows, lunch slots worked out from prep time, private-event booking for three spaces, and a bake sheet totalled from paid orders.

A Place To Turn To

Homes near the hospitals for patients' families, booked by date range: an occupancy engine with a waitlist and offers, stay documents, cleans and maintenance, and emails to families sent on schedule.

West County EMS & Fire Protection District

An HR system crews use from their phones, for onboarding, overtime and HR forms, alongside the district's public website.

Systems For Public Safety

A police upfitting site with an online vehicle builder. A buyer builds the vehicle on the site, and every build arrives as a quoted lead instead of a paper quote.

Jefferson County Solid Waste Management District

Paper applications moved online: a seven-page application that saves as you type, a tracking number for every applicant, and a search for the staff who review them.
